Exness is hiring a Business System Analyst based in the Limassol office, Cyprus. Full relocation support for you and your family is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation and impact analysis; maintain clear, up-to-date specifications and act as main point of contact for clarifications.
  • Identify and propose product solutions using product expertise, UX insights, and data-driven analysis.
  • Synthesize input from multiple sources to drive clarity in complex situations and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
  • Own story refinement; ensure completeness, consistency, and test coverage of requirements; coordinate UAT activities.
  • Create architectural vision with architects; define components, interfaces, and data flows; recommend appropriate technologies.
  • Support dev and QA during implementation and prepare user-facing documentation and training.
  • Work independently with multiple data sources (structured/unstructured) and perform analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development as a System or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Relevant business domain knowledge; strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript, C#, and C++ for analysis purposes.
  • Experience with requirements management (Use Cases, User Stories) and hands-on solution design.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements, integration processes (including Kafka), BPMN, UML, Web Services/REST API, HTTP, and microservices architecture.
  • Basic UI/UX concepts, fundamentals of algorithms, database theory, systems theory, system analysis, and information security.
  • Advanced or fluent English; strong communication skills and attention to detail.
