Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Engineer to lead and execute SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient support for ongoing operations.

The standard working hours for this position are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM CEST (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST). Applicants should ensure their availability aligns with these hours.

This role requires working in a hybrid mode from any office in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Poznan, Lodz) 3 times a week.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, overseeing SharePoint Online migration activities
  • Lead SharePoint Online migrations across site collections, document libraries, permissions, metadata, workflows, and customizations
  • Migrate associated workloads, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams, as applicable
  • Perform pre-migration assessments and post-migration validation
  • Develop migration strategies, timelines, and detailed documentation
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, and business teams to meet project goals
  • Collaborate with IT teams for cross-platform migration tasks
  • Troubleshoot migration-related issues and provide post-migration support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
  • Proven experience with O365 tenant-to-tenant migration execution
  • Understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, identity and access management, and SharePoint permissions models
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive architecture
  • Expertise in migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest, or BitTitan
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
