Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Talanto platform at talanto.work ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Talanto is a job aggregator from publicly available sources (including Telegram and company websites) and a job board, where vacancies are posted by employers, as well as a paid features and AI service for job seekers. We do not publish vacancies ourselves and do not verify their content. Talanto is not the employer for any listed positions. We do not modify listings or influence hiring decisions.

3. Registration and Accounts

To use some features (favorites, paid features, filters, bot), you need to create an account using email/password or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not responsible for actions taken with compromised accounts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Prohibited Actions

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Copying or republishing vacancies and site materials on third-party resources without providing a link to the original vacancy on talanto.work.
• Using site materials to create competing services or job databases.
• Mass or automated data collection (scraping, parsing) from the site by any means.
• Using bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service.
• Creating excessive load on servers or attempting to bypass technical limitations.
• Posting vacancies or content containing knowingly false information, spam, or malicious links.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Any actions that may disrupt the Service or the rights of other users

5. Paid Services

Some features (e.g. AI tools) are provided as paid features via Talanto Boost. The cost and content of the plans are indicated in the service description. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Payments are one-time and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as described in the Public Offer.

6. Content and Sources

All vacancies are collected from open sources. We try to moderate them, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or legal correctness of each vacancy. If you find a fraudulent vacancy, please inform us, and we will remove it immediately.

7. AI Features

Some website features use artificial intelligence and third-party APIs. The results may contain errors and are not a recommendation for action.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by Talanto, is protected by intellectual property laws. Job listings are the property of their respective employers. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your CV), but grant Talanto a license to use it for providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, talanto.work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Service, any content obtained from the Service, unauthorized access to your data, or actions of third parties (employers, job boards, aggregated sources). We do not guarantee that you will find employment through the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talanto and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may also suspend or delete an account if the user violates the terms or harms the service's operation. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
