Public Offer for Service Provision

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") of the Individual Entrepreneur Yegorkin Yevgeny Alexandrovich (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). Any user of https://talanto.work/ who purchases paid features through any available payment provider automatically accepts the terms of this offer.

2. Description of Services

Talanto is a job aggregator and paid features service for Digital and Tech professionals.

Free features:

• Basic job search
• All standard filters (specialization, location, remote/office, etc.)
• View job details and apply
• Telegram bot for vacancy alerts

Paid features (Talanto Boost):

• AI-based CV analysis tool
• AI-powered resume insights and filtering
• Optional cover letter suggestions

Price: Price will be clearly displayed before purchase when the billing system is launched. Payment will be processed through a third-party payment service. Taxes are included.

Vacancies are aggregated from publicly available sources. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or legal correctness of posted vacancies and is not the employer. The Provider does not modify listings or influence hiring decisions.

3. Payment Terms

• All purchases are one-time payments through third-party payment processors.
• All prices include applicable taxes.
• Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. By purchasing and accessing digital services immediately, the user agrees to waive this right once the service has begun.
• Refunds are not provided once the service has been accessed or fully delivered, except where required by the applicable law.
• If paid features are not provided or are unavailable due to our fault, users are entitled to request a refund. Requests can be submitted to hello@talanto.work and will be reviewed within 15 business days. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• Provide access to the paid features of the Service.
• Ensure the functioning of the Service within reasonable limits.
• Review user inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not violate the Terms of Service.
• Pay for selected paid services in a timely manner.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages related to the use of the Service. The Provider does not guarantee employment of the user through the Service. AI feature results may contain errors and do not constitute a recommendation for action.

6. Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising in connection with the performance of this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Change of Terms

The Provider may change the terms of this Offer at any time. The current version is always available on the website. By purchasing paid features, the user confirms full agreement with the current version of the Offer.
