1. Introduction

Talanto ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use our platform at talanto.work.

  • Send you job alerts and relevant notifications (if enabled).
  • Process payments for paid features.
  • Improve the service and understand advertising campaign effectiveness.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. The following parties may have limited access:

  • Our team (limited access — only for support and development).
  • Third-party services: payment providers, Google (if you use Google login), Telegram (if the bot is connected).
  • Analytics services: Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica (for website usage analysis).

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and localStorage for account login, storing settings, and first-party advertising attribution. Without them, the site may not work correctly. You can control cookies and clear localStorage through your browser.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account and all data directly in your account settings or by writing to hello@talanto.work. Deletion via account settings is immediate. 8. Public Sources and Personal Data

We aggregate vacancies from open sources, including Telegram channels where authors voluntarily place their contacts (e.g., @username). These data are used exclusively to display vacancies on Talanto and are not processed outside this context. We do not use Telegram contacts for mailing lists, analysis, or commercial transfer. If you are the author of a vacancy and want to delete or change contact information — write to us at hello@talanto.work.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
