Bluelight is a leading software consultancy looking for a hands-on digital marketer to cover multiple channels, execute with speed, and grow with the company. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and report directly to them, collaborating with a UX/UI designer, a freelance content writer, and a part-time media buyer.
Requirements
- Own and execute the organic social media calendar across all active platforms
- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
- Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking
- Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance writer
- Support in building and maintaining HubSpot as the team's CRM
- Support landing page creation and A/B test coordination with UX/UI designer
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms
- Coordinate asset requests with the UX/UI designer for social, email, and ad creatives
