Join our team as a Senior Account Manager, where you will develop and execute multi-service solutions for large international clients, manage a portfolio of IT services and drive technology transformation across the Consumer & Services sector to help clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an IT services portfolio with P&L responsibility up to $5M
  • Act as a consultative partner for regional and multinational clients across multiple industries
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end IT professional services and ensure client satisfaction
  • Leverage industry knowledge to transform customer experiences and optimize business operations
  • Expand and strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Support pre-sales initiatives for existing and new accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in P&L and account management for large-scale clients, including portfolios up to $5M
  • Background in industries such as Consumer Goods, Logistics, Travel, Retail or emerging sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing enterprise-level client relationships
  • Familiarity with account management frameworks, including legal basics, revenue planning and negotiations
  • Ability to sell software engineering and digital transformation services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
