Overview
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Lead Infrastructure Integration Engineer to steer M&A infrastructure integrations with secure, low-disruption outcomes. You will shape cross-domain integration roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and guide Day 1 through post-close delivery—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, covering Day 1 readiness and post-close execution
- Define integration strategies, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA inputs, and rollback plans
- Perform technical discovery and current-state assessments; propose target-state architectures and integration paths
- Coordinate across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability)
- Align all integration activities with security, compliance, and risk controls (data protection, access controls, audits)
- Partner with application, security, workplace, and business teams and coordinate external vendors or managed service providers as required
- Create and maintain progress, risk, and issue tracking with clear reporting to program and executive leadership
- Oversee resource forecasting and budget management for integration initiatives
- Produce thorough documentation and operational runbooks to enable smooth handover to downstream teams
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles, including 1+ years leading complex, multi-domain initiatives
- Demonstrated background leading M&A infrastructure integration or comparable large-scale integration/migration programs
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise infrastructure: networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), plus cloud/hybrid familiarity and core security principles
- Ability to influence and align geographically distributed teams without direct line management authority
- Strong program and project execution skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and contingency preparedness
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Expertise in TSA planning/execution or divestiture separation projects, with understanding of Zero Trust and cloud-based migration frameworks
- English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level, written and spoken
- Brazilian Portuguese proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
