Responsibilities
- Lead AI and GenAI initiatives from initial concept through working prototypes
- Define complex business problems and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation by prioritizing work with the highest return on investment and measurable outcomes
- Establish structure, direction, and operating processes in ambiguous and uncharted project environments
- Leverage Google Cloud ecosystem expertise to architect and deliver durable digital transformation solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/GenAI and business strategy alignment
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical innovation for stakeholders
- Solid background in Google Cloud technologies and their use in transformational programs
- Strategic leadership mindset that emphasizes high-impact innovation over operational inefficiencies
- Strong capability to work through undefined parameters and create clear processes and structure
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
