Overview
We are building a Lead SAP Automation Tester role to strengthen SAP QA across FS-CD, FS-RI, SAP Business Partner (BP), Workflow, and FI-GL.
You will drive test automation using SAP TOSCA and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), align coverage with end-to-end business flows and integrations, and help the team deliver reliable releases—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality assurance outcomes by applying testing practices that support high-standard solution releases
- Coordinate with a distributed QA team and contribute to ongoing team improvements
- Build and execute automation frameworks and test scripts to improve quality and efficiency
- Analyze end-to-end business processes across SAP modules and integrations to ensure appropriate testing coverage
- Prepare and run detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned with project goals
- Record test results clearly and support user acceptance testers (UAT) to enable smooth UAT execution
- Detect and log defects, partner with development teams on resolution, and recommend preventive measures
- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency on testing activities
- Review and enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies based on project needs
- Contribute to quality risk assessments and provide actionable input to reduce risk
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of overall experience in SAP QA roles, including exposure to FS-CD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FI-GL modules
- Hands-on experience with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), including supporting the creation and upkeep of test cases/scripts
- Solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or similar domains, with active participation in QA or Business Analysis functions
- Working knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration with upstream applications such as Guidewire or similar systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and review test plans, scenarios, test cases, and perform bug/defect analysis
- Practical understanding of SAP ChaRM
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
