Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of cutting-edge Azure network architectures.

This role requires expertise in Azure networking, security, and infrastructure to support seamless integration and performance for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Azure network infrastructures, including virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups
  • Configure and manage Azure network services, such as Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and VPN Gateway
  • Ensure compliance by implementing advanced network security measures like access controls, threat protection, and encryption
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into Azure network services effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues to enhance overall efficiency
  • Provide technical recommendations for network optimizations and scaling strategies
  • Stay updated with Azure networking advancements to guide architectural improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure networking, including virtual networks, network security groups, and related services
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Expertise in implementing network security measures involving firewalls, access controls, and data encryption
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing Azure network setups for high performance
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure migration and transitioning on-premises networks to Azure Cloud
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Instances
  • Skills in network automation with tools like Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform
  • Background in Jenkins, Network Administration, or Terraform for advanced automation and infrastructure management
