Overview
We are seeking a Python Engineer with AWS, React and TypeScript expertise to join our team in building and enhancing investment technology platforms.
You will independently contribute to design, development, and delivery initiatives while expanding your technical capabilities and understanding of engineering tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver features and bug fixes with minimal supervision to ensure correctness and reliability
- Contribute to the design and evolution of systems and components
- Apply sound engineering judgment to make implementation decisions
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning sessions
- Ensure adequate testing and operational readiness for developed solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience delivering production software
- Background in Amazon Web Services, FastAPI, and Python.Core
- Competency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and modern development practices
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on moderately complex problems
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with peers
- Understanding of how technical decisions impact the business
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Understanding of Dagster, ETL/ELT solutions, and PySpark
- Showcase of proficiency in data pipeline tools and technologies
