As a Product Manager, you will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for Marine Credit Union's new product development and optimization of existing products by working with internal stakeholders and external members.

Requirements

  • Drive 0 to 1 product development and existing product optimization, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation, validation, development, launch, and iteration.
  • Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and decisions, aligning each with broader strategic goals, business objectives, and market needs.
  • Lead, align, and collaborate with a cross-functional working group of business subject matter experts, project management, sales, marketing, service, compliance, finance, and others to manage successful product launches, accomplish business goals, and ensure product desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, market research, and competitive analysis to identify pain points, gaps in offerings, new product opportunities, and macro trends impacting our business, members, target market, and users.
  • Work in tandem with development/engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.
