Requirements

  • Manage daily Shopify store operations, including product listings, catalog updates, and backend maintenance
  • Oversee customer service workflows and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Handle inventory tracking, forecasting, and coordination with suppliers
  • Manage purchase orders (POs), supplier communications, and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track performance (sales, inventory, CAC, etc.)
  • Analyze business data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Maintain records of invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support financial tracking and reporting accuracy
  • Assist in onboarding new tools, software, and marketplaces
  • Support wholesale lead generation and management
  • Collaborate across marketing, SEO, and media buying initiatives
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems
  • Own internal organization, documentation, and workflow optimization
