Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineering Consultant with an advanced technical background and a proven track record of enabling AI transformation across organizations. This role requires deep expertise in AI tools and frameworks, along with the ability to lead teams, design scalable AI solutions, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into complex delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption of AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Gemini across teams, setting a strategic direction for their use
  • Define opportunities for implementing AI in advanced development, testing, DevOps, and operational workflows
  • Architect and implement AI-focused integrations into software development life cycles, emphasizing scalability and automation
  • Collaborate with senior engineering leadership, Delivery Managers, and product teams to align AI strategies with high-level organizational goals
  • Establish enterprise-wide best practices, reusable frameworks, and automation processes related to AI adoption
  • Mentor engineers and technical teams to fully leverage AI tools for enhanced productivity and robust solutions
  • Monitor and measure the impact of AI initiatives on delivery performance and operational efficiency
  • Build comprehensive training materials and facilitate workshops to upskill teams on AI tools and practices
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to identify and evangelize relevant technologies for organizational innovation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering or a related discipline with increasing responsibilities
  • Expertise in AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar technologies, applied across development pipelines
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and development methodologies such as Agile and CI/CD
  • Strong background in AI/ML concepts, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive large-scale AI tool implementation
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Strategic mindset combined with technical credibility to influence decision-making and technology adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to develop scalable, AI-driven solutions and frameworks that align with business goals
