Overview

We are seeking a Junior Manual Tester to support the quality assurance process for digital customer touchpoints and e-commerce platforms.

The role involves executing the testing lifecycle, preparing test scenarios, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues and ensure readiness for user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the testing lifecycle on digital platforms and connected touchpoints
  • Prepare test scenarios for new features
  • Orchestrate communication for issue resolution
  • Prepare systems for user acceptance tests (UATs)
  • Develop test cases based on requirements and specifications
  • Analyze and report test results to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards
  • Identify and document defects and inconsistencies
  • Support regression testing activities

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of working experience in manual testing or related field
  • Understanding of digital and e-commerce capabilities
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Cloud tools
  • Skills in regression testing and test cases development
  • Competency in test results analysis and reporting
  • Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Greek language
