Overview

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer (.NET) to join our team and contribute to transforming our client's digital web platform from a monolith to a MACH stack.

You will play an essential role in delivering robust automation solutions, ensuring excellence in UI and API testing, and enhancing the test automation framework.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver new user stories
  • Analyze user stories to achieve comprehensive coverage through UI/API automated regression tests
  • Maintain regression and smoke test suites, including analyzing results, reporting findings, and addressing any automation bugs
  • Perform periodic evaluation and fine-tuning of automation frameworks
  • Evaluate tools, code assets, and processes to drive efficiency and reduce complexity
  • Define the Test Automation strategy with a focus on scalability and effectiveness
  • Develop targeted enhancements for Test Automation and establish a detailed roadmap
  • Introduce automation testing for selected pilot applications aligned with the modernization plan
  • Enhance automated quality gates throughout development cycles
  • Contribute to clarifying the target operating model for automation and ensure seamless integration with the broader environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Test Automation with .NET
  • Expertise in UI and API testing using tools like Selenium/Selenide and RestAssured
  • Knowledge of QA processes and their role in dynamic project environments
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, focusing on Scrum methodology
  • B2+ or C1 spoken English level

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Cucumber for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
  • Background in React and TypeScript as an advantage
  • Flexibility to use .NET in automation projects
