Why does this role exist?The company is scaling its lead management and appointment-setting operations to capture more opportunities from calls, web forms, and digital inquiries. They need a front-facing BDC Representative who can respond quickly, follow up diligently, and convert qualified leads into kept appointments. This role ensures every prospect receives timely, professional, and personalized engagement—especially through video—to drive showroom visits and sales.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Intake and Qualification
- Handle inbound calls and web/form leads professionally and promptly
- Qualify prospects based on needs, timeline, and readiness
- Provide accurate information on inventory, promotions, and services
Outbound Prospecting and Follow-up
- Execute outbound calls, SMS, email, and chat follow-ups to re-engage cold, warm, and missed leads
- Nurture leads through structured cadences and objection handling
- Support targeted outreach campaigns to boost appointment conversions
Appointment Setting and Coordination
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments with customers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure availability and preparedness
- Maximize show rates through reminders and timely confirmations
CRM and Reporting Excellence
- Log all interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain complete/accurate records in Tachyon CRM
- Track daily activity and outcomes (contacts, appointments set, confirmations, shows)
- Surface insights on lead quality, objections, and campaign performance
Personalized Video Outreach
- Record and send tailored video messages to increase engagement and trust
- Communicate professionally on camera with clear value propositions
- Incorporate video into follow-up sequences to lift response and show rates
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven experience as a BDC Representative in an automotive dealership or closely related automotive sales environment
- Demonstrated success in high-volume inbound/outbound lead handling and appointment setting
- Hands-on CRM proficiency; experience with Tachyon CRM or similar automotive CRMs
- Professional on-camera communication skills for personalized video outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication across phone, email, SMS, and chat
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Compensation:
