Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mulesoft Tech Lead to drive the development and integration of API solutions, enhance team collaboration, and deliver exceptional technical outcomes for our project aimed at elevating the mobile customer experience.

Important: this position includes production support during peak project periods and incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define technical and business requirements
  • Develop API specifications and low-level designs adhering to Mulesoft best practices
  • Lead and support a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards and improve code quality
  • Provide technical leadership by addressing queries and facilitating communication
  • Offer mentorship to promote better coding standards and developer growth
  • Drive effective practices to enable frequent releases and continuous delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards within the integration process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Mulesoft development, API design, and integration practices
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and managing release cycles
  • Skills in leading cross-functional teams and conducting technical discussions
  • Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks
  • Expertise in mentoring developers and fostering continuous improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)
