Allica Bank is seeking a Pensions & Trusts Associate Manager to support the building of new relationships and nurturing of existing ones with professional pension trustees, administrators, and practitioners. The role involves working closely with the Relationship and Product team, building relationships and creating opportunities through solicitors, independent financial advisors, and accountants, and acting as a subject matter expert for internal Allica stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all types of Trusts and their onboarding requirements from an AML/KYC perspective
- Excellent CRM processes and experience with HubSpot
- Strong commercial skills and acumen, with experience in building and delivering on low intent sales strategies
- Ability to deliver against challenging personal goals whilst also supporting a team to do the same
