Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator specializing in Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and supporting Salesforce solutions tailored for the consumer goods industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value and ensure the platform meets evolving operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Salesforce CG Cloud, including retail execution processes, visit planning, and order management
  • Provide specialized user support and training focused on the unique features of Consumer Goods Cloud
  • Maintain data accuracy and security by conducting regular audits and ensuring high data quality for consumer goods operations
  • Develop automated solutions for retail execution, merchandising, and promotions using Salesforce automation tools
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce CG Cloud with ERP, supply chain, and other business systems
  • Stay current with Salesforce CG Cloud updates and implement new features to enhance business processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and apply best practices in consumer goods operations
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce CG Cloud

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce, including configuration and customization
  • Specialized knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and its application in retail and consumer goods operations
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B1+ level or higher
  • Residence in Ukraine required for remote work eligibility

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Apex for custom development and automation
  • Background in Salesforce development, including building custom solutions and integrations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce primary clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Experience using Salesforce Workbench for data management and troubleshooting
