Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of Salesforce projects and drive innovation within the organization. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing your expertise to deliver impactful solutions that support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements
- Develop comprehensive technical designs to guide implementation efforts
- Manage Salesforce configuration and customization to optimize platform functionality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee quality assurance and best practices in Salesforce development
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Salesforce applications
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms
- At least 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects covering various development phases
- Experience designing AI architecture within Salesforce environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce Agentforce for advanced automation and integration
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
