Overview
We're looking for a Digital Partner Sales Manager – AWS Advertising Services to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. You will be responsible for driving revenue related to AWS advertising solutions by working closely with our internal Digital Practice, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery teams, as well as partnering with AWS to expand our joint business in the region.
Your role is that of a skillful originator and coordinator who organizes meetings and follow-up steps that bring together all the different parties – prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists and delivery experts on both the EPAM and AWS side – the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive all AWS advertising-related sales and marketing activities within your region while collaborating across regions to share knowledge
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business value propositions, sales plans and RFPs/RFQs/RFIs by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner and executive teams
- Work with AWS to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
- Coordinate with EPAM and AWS teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
- Promote EPAM’s capabilities and success stories across AWS to stimulate partner-based lead referrals
- Collaborate with AWS partner managers to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM’s value proposition as a trusted systems integrator
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams, including campaigns leveraging AI-driven advertising solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience in all aspects of the sales life cycle
- Strong relationship and network-building skills with a passion for meeting people and networking
- Experience with digital advertising or cloud-based marketing solutions is desirable
- Exposure to AI-led advertising technologies and data-driven marketing strategies is highly desirable
- Experience collaborating with key partners such as AWS is highly desirable
- Proven solutions selling skills and success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills

- AWS certifications related to advertising or cloud solutions
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms and AI-powered ad optimization tools
- Understanding of machine learning applications in digital marketing
