We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven SEO Specialist to join our team and elevate our clients' online visibility. In this role, you will work with a multidisciplinary team of experts to craft and implement data-driven strategies that optimize search engine performance and drive measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, project managers and other digital consultants to ensure adherence to SEO best practices
  • Operate within an Agile methodology framework to deliver optimized solutions efficiently
  • Drive growth by educating teammates and clients on the significance of organic traffic and SEO strategies to achieve it
  • Develop actionable recommendations via data analysis to enhance search engine performance
  • Monitor and ensure successful implementation of SEO strategies to meet desired objectives
  • Uphold high standards of service quality for clients ensuring satisfaction and measurable outcomes
  • Work with international and cross-functional teams on complex and challenging SEO projects for major clients
  • Learn from leading experts and expand your SEO expertise through access to advanced courses and resources

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical and Content SEO role preferably within a digital agency environment
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and reporting tools like Google Looker Studio
  • Expertise in keyword and entity research and mapping with a solid grasp of user intent
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO including crawling, indexing, rendering and basic competitor analysis
  • Competency in performing detailed content audits for optimization potential and understanding Page Rank mechanics
  • Familiarity with off-page SEO principles including site authority, backlinks and digital PR
  • Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog as well as basic data visualization tools
  • Experience managing multilingual and multiregional SEO projects and successful SEO migrations
  • Good understanding of SEO within broader digital marketing frameworks including SEA, CRO, UX/UI and social media
  • Proven record of driving organic traffic improvements and delivering results
  • Fluent in English (B2+) with working proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office tools

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of E-E-A-T and YMYL policies
  • Understanding of advanced SEO concepts like Entities, NLP, sentiment, WDF-IDF, topical maps and content clusters
  • Familiarity with Local SEO practices
  • Awareness of how LLMs (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT) and AI Search Optimization function
