Overview
Currently, we are looking for a remote Team Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversees a team focused on technical implementations
- Deliver accurate estimates, provide regular feedback and consistently meet project needs
- Technology agnostic approach in engineering
- Contributes actively to the overall architecture of the system
- Attends the Architecture work group sessions and leads the initiatives
- Balancing between doing it right and getting it done
- Handle difficult leadership situations
- Tackles hard debugging, incident response
- Anticipates changes and quickly adapts systems to serve customers needs the best way possible
- Provides mentorship and guidance to the other members of the team
- Assist and guide the Product Manager in project coordination.
- Work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in JavaScript Development
- 2+ years of experience in Leadership
- Proficient with Typescript, NodeJS and ReactJS
- Leadership skills necessary
- Basics of technical project management
- Excellent technical abilities
- Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills
- CI/CD experience
- Benchmarking knowledge and optimization experience
- Adaptability to new technology
