Overview
We are building modern web experiences and need a Lead Frontend Developer (JS & React) to drive JavaScript and React delivery end to end. You will lead UI development with TypeScript, HTML/CSS Markup, Redux/Flux, and unit testing while partnering with stakeholders and mentoring the team. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of modern, responsive user interfaces for web applications
- Guide the team on advanced frontend implementation using JavaScript (Frontend) and ReactJS
- Ensure smooth integration between UI components and backend services
- Mentor developers to strengthen technical growth and teamwork
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and agree on deliverables
- Conduct code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and consistency
- Optimize frontend performance to deliver fast and efficient user experiences
- Manage build tools and deployment processes to support reliable releases
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the frontend codebase and drive resolutions
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on leadership experience of 1 year guiding and managing development teams
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (Frontend) development
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript for scalable, maintainable applications
- Deep expertise in ReactJS to build dynamic, interactive user interfaces
- Advanced skills in HTML/CSS Markup for responsive, accessible layouts
- Solid background in unit testing to keep code reliable and maintainable
- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt to optimize workflows
- Expert knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Flux for predictable state handling
- Fluent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken

- Experience with frontend performance monitoring and optimization tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards for inclusive design
- Interest in mentoring junior developers and supporting team growth
