Overview

We are building modern web experiences and need a Lead Frontend Developer (JS & React) to drive JavaScript and React delivery end to end. You will lead UI development with TypeScript, HTML/CSS Markup, Redux/Flux, and unit testing while partnering with stakeholders and mentoring the team. Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of modern, responsive user interfaces for web applications
  • Guide the team on advanced frontend implementation using JavaScript (Frontend) and ReactJS
  • Ensure smooth integration between UI components and backend services
  • Mentor developers to strengthen technical growth and teamwork
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and agree on deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and consistency
  • Optimize frontend performance to deliver fast and efficient user experiences
  • Manage build tools and deployment processes to support reliable releases
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the frontend codebase and drive resolutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and recommend best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record with 5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Hands-on leadership experience of 1 year guiding and managing development teams
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (Frontend) development
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript for scalable, maintainable applications
  • Deep expertise in ReactJS to build dynamic, interactive user interfaces
  • Advanced skills in HTML/CSS Markup for responsive, accessible layouts
  • Solid background in unit testing to keep code reliable and maintainable
  • Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt to optimize workflows
  • Expert knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Flux for predictable state handling
  • Fluent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with frontend performance monitoring and optimization tools
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards for inclusive design
  • Interest in mentoring junior developers and supporting team growth
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies for iterative project delivery
