Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Administrator to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution of a globally managed program.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the program’s operational lifecycle ensuring automated workflows and partner engagement phases function effectively
  • Verify incoming program data for accuracy and ensure smooth transitions for partners across engagement milestones
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead and Strategic Ops teams to identify and resolve platform issues or workflow bottlenecks
  • Address partner inquiries related to partnership status, resource access or platform functionality and escalate critical matters as necessary
  • Manage inventory, production logistics and global distribution for branded swag and event-specific items
  • Track and provision event-focused credits and skills access while addressing capacity concerns
  • Conduct quality checks and verification processes for partners advancing to elite program tiers
  • Compile and track data against key performance indicators to support ecosystem reporting and dashboards
  • Perform spot-checks on automated processes to uphold the integrity and reputation of the global partner directory

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in program and project administration roles
  • Knowledge of communication, program management and project tracking tools
  • Background in community management, data administration and Google Workspace
  • Expertise in global logistics and operational workflows for scaled programs
  • Proven capability to monitor metrics and refine processes using results-driven analysis
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Understanding of community management principles and strategies

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for collaboration and organizational efficiency
