Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Integration Lead to spearhead IT infrastructure integration efforts, particularly within Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). This pivotal role centers on strategizing and coordinating IT domain integrations while ensuring security, compliance, and minimal business disruptions, all aligned with organizational and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, addressing Day 1 readiness and post-close activities
- Define and oversee infrastructure integration strategies, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA considerations, and rollback plans
- Conduct technical discovery and assessments of current-state environments while formulating target-state architectures and integration methodologies
- Collaborate across essential domains, including Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability)
- Align integration processes with security, compliance, and risk management policies, such as data protection, access controls, and audits
- Partner with application, security, workplace, and business teams while navigating collaboration with external vendors or managed service providers as required
- Create and maintain transparent progress tracking, risk assessments, and issue reporting for program and executive leadership
- Oversee resource forecasting and budgeting related to integration activities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and operational runbooks to support seamless transitions to downstream teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with significant experience (1+ years) leading complex, multi-domain initiatives
- Background in leading M&A infrastructure integration or other large-scale integration/migration initiatives
- Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), along with familiarity with cloud/hybrid models and foundational security practices
- Capability to manage distributed, globally diverse teams through influence rather than direct authority
- Strong program and project management skills with emphasis on planning, governance, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in TSA planning, execution, or divestiture separation efforts, paired with an understanding of Zero Trust and cloud-centric migration frameworks
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
Nice to have
- Relevant industry certifications, such as ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Azure/AWS, CCNA/CCNP, or security-related credentials
