Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PowerApps Technical Lead to take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

This role requires a dynamic individual who excels at collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project efforts and facilitate communication and collaboration within the team to ensure alignment on deliverables
  • Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring they meet organizational needs and standards
  • Engage in all stages of the application development lifecycle, from analysis to implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and ongoing support
  • Maintain and improve existing applications by managing support and enhancements
  • Work directly with customers to clarify and discuss requirements on a regular basis
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and capabilities of the Power Platform to propose relevant innovations
  • Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform applications with other systems as needed
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective workarounds based on in-depth research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to implement fit-for-purpose solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with MS Power Platform or MS Dynamics 365, along with strong self-organization and communication skills
  • Microsoft Certification for the Power Platform is required
  • Knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Dataverse functionality
  • Expertise in Power Automate flows and Power BI integration
  • Skills in C#/.NET for building custom connectors and event handlers
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud fundamentals and their application in Power Platform development
  • Understanding of Agile development best practices and methodologies
  • Strong capabilities to perform in-depth technical analysis and provide effective solutions
  • Competency in analyzing complex user needs and translating them into technical specifications
  • Advanced teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with end users and cross-disciplinary teams
  • English proficiency at a B2 level (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • Background in SQL/T-SQL for stored procedure creation and understanding
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for UI scripting in model-driven apps
  • Capability to build custom UI components with PCF
  • Familiarity with CI/CD implementations for Power Apps using Azure DevOps
