We are looking for a Retention Manager who will be responsible for player retention, LTV growth, and long-term user engagement.

This is a key revenue-driving role focused on segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing, directly impacting player value and business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop the retention strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth)
  • Build and manage dynamic user segments
  • Analyze full player funnels: registration → deposit → repeat deposits → churn
  • Optimize conversion rates across the entire lifecycle
  • Launch and manage CRM campaigns (push / SMS / email / in-app)
  • Develop personalized offers and bonus mechanics
  • Manage VIP and high-value player segments
  • Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
  • Identify growth opportunities based on user behavior
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
  • iGaming / betting experience is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, Churn, ROI
  • Experience with user segmentation (including dynamic segments)
  • Strong analytical skills and funnel optimization experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Salesforce or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • English — working proficiency

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with bonus systems (free spins, cashback, reloads, VIP programs)
  • Experience in multi-GEO markets (MENA / Asia)
  • Knowledge of SQL / BI tools
  • Experience with real-time triggers and automation flows

Compensation: €2,500 – €4,000 net (in-hand). Final offer depends on experience and expertise.

Bonus System: Performance-based bonus: 10–30% of salary, tied to LTV growth, retention rate improvement, and repeat deposit rate.
