Overview

We are seeking a Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer to drive the technical vision, architecture, and enterprise-wide adoption of cutting-edge development practices, including AI-enabled coding agents, while delivering scalable and secure solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year technical vision and architecture for the travel platform to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead the adoption, governance, and optimization of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) across engineering teams, setting organization-wide standards
  • Make high-impact architectural decisions to balance scalability, reliability, security, and cost, shaping the company's technology roadmap
  • Create and enforce agentic engineering frameworks, governance policies, and maturity benchmarks for AI-generated code and human-agent collaboration
  • Establish and oversee the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystem, ensuring secure and effective interactions between AI agents and internal/external systems
  • Evaluate AI models, emerging agentic frameworks, and development tools to provide build-vs-buy-vs-integrate recommendations
  • Lead large-scale cross-functional technical initiatives from inception to production, ensuring excellence and organizational learning
  • Modernize platform architecture, guiding transformation of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native, agent-ready solutions
  • Define and implement standards for engineering quality, operational excellence, and service level objectives to ensure platform stability
  • Collaborate with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to define security architecture patterns and govern responsible AI practices
  • Mentor senior engineers, fostering leadership development and technical expertise within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of full-stack development and architectural experience building modern web applications and services
  • Mastery in two or more technologies: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, C#/.NET
  • Expertise in using AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), with experience defining organizational adoption strategies
  • Proficiency in creating enterprise-scale cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid and multi-region deployments
  • Strong competency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
  • Advanced understanding of RESTful API design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and graph-based data technologies (GraphRAG, GraphDB)
  • Deep expertise in designing secure and high-performance applications within cloud or hybrid environments
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
