Overview
We are expanding our web engineering team and seek a Lead Frontend Developer, JavaScript & React to lead high-quality UI work. You will steer TypeScript and ReactJS development, apply Redux/Flux, unit testing, and HTML/CSS Markup best practices, and coordinate closely with stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development of responsive interfaces for web applications
- Direct implementation of advanced solutions using JavaScript (Frontend) and ReactJS
- Coordinate integration of UI components with backend services to ensure consistency
- Coach and support developers to encourage collaboration and technical progress
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliverables
- Review code to maintain strong standards for quality and performance
- Improve frontend speed and efficiency to enhance user experience
- Oversee build tools and deployment processes for dependable releases
- Diagnose and resolve complex defects in the frontend codebase
- Track industry trends and promote best practices for ongoing improvement
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of 5 years in professional software engineering roles
- Leadership background with at least 1 year managing and leading development teams
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (Frontend) for building web UIs
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript to create maintainable, scalable applications
- Deep expertise in ReactJS for rich and interactive interfaces
- Advanced skills in HTML/CSS Markup to craft responsive and accessible layouts
- Solid understanding of unit testing to improve reliability and maintainability
- Hands-on experience with Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt for streamlined development workflows
- Expert knowledge of Redux or Flux to manage predictable application state
- Fluent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken

- Experience with frontend performance monitoring and optimization tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards for inclusive design
- Interest in mentoring junior developers and supporting team growth
- Exposure to Agile methodologies for iterative project delivery
