Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP FSM Engineer to architect, develop, and enhance scalable solutions on the SAP Field Service Management platform.

In this position, you will blend hands-on technical work with close collaboration across both technical and functional teams to deliver efficient field service processes. Join us to work on impactful projects and help shape the future of service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP FSM features for planning, dispatching, reporting, master data management, and business rules
  • Work with functional and technical teams to gather, define, and clarify requirements
  • Ensure optimal system performance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing system improvements
  • Develop and extend SAP BTP solutions using CAP, custom OData services, Shell UI applications, Event Mesh, and Webhooks
  • Build and enhance SAPUI5 front-end components integrated with FSM Web UI or BTP Launchpad
  • Implement mobile application enhancements, including offline sync, hardware integration, and workflow upgrades
  • Improve mobile and web FSM user experience through custom views, controllers, and routing logic
  • Integrate FSM with APIs, synchronization services, and middleware to enable cross-system operations
  • Strengthen security in FSM solutions by applying secure coding standards
  • Document technical processes and solutions for ongoing development and maintenance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management development
  • Minimum of one year in a leadership or team management role
  • Advanced skills in SAP CAP-based Node.js development
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional technical collaboration
  • Proven track record of delivering complex FSM projects on SAP BTP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing field service processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • English proficiency at an upper-intermediate (B2) level

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jaspersoft reporting for FSM
  • Integration skills with REST/OData APIs and CPI/iFlows
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices using OAuth2 and JWT
  • Proficiency in HANA SQL, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and technical documentation
  • Experience with multi-tenant BTP applications, C4C development, SAP MDK, and FSM data replication
