About the Role

Location: Cyprus, Limassol, hybrid, 3+2 working mode. Employment Type: Full-time.

Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter with strong knowledge of the iGaming industry to support international hiring across multiple teams.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across several key functions within the iGaming industry, including technical roles, risk and fraud specialists, customer support teams, and marketing professionals.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure an efficient hiring process, strong candidate quality, and a professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates internationally using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and targeted outreach.
  • Identify relevant talent within the iGaming ecosystem, including candidates working on confidential projects.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews.
  • Present structured candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation within the ATS.
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different teams and locations.

Requirements

Must have

  • Recruitment experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting technical, operational, or marketing roles.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
