Overview

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and documenting client requirements, designing workflows and supporting the development team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document client requirements through document analysis and online workshops
  • Design and update workflows using BPMN and UML state transition diagrams
  • Author and update project artifacts including FDDs, ADO, User Stories and Epics
  • Design and update data models for various APIs
  • Support the development team by facilitating planned and ad hoc Q&A sessions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Knowledge of BPMN and UML for workflow design and process optimization
  • Expertise in authoring artifacts such as FDDs, ADO, User Stories and Epics
  • Proficiency in designing and updating data models for APIs
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirement gathering through workshops and document analysis
  • Fluent communication skills in English at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Background in supporting development teams in agile environments
  • Showcase of experience conducting ad hoc Q&A meetings
  • Understanding of state transition diagram creation and design
