Everfield is hiring a Cluster AI Enablement Lead to raise AI maturity across its UK, Ireland, and Nordics portfolio companies. The successful candidate will assess, teach, and coach companies to embed AI into their daily workflows, and track improvements in deployment frequency and productivity gains.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of professional experience
- Consulting or advisory background
- Genuine curiosity about AI
- Comfortable around developers without being one full-time
- Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
- Fluent in English
