Overview

We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Infrastructure Integration Lead to drive IT infrastructure integration efforts, particularly in the context of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). This crucial role focuses on strategizing and coordinating the integration of various IT domains while ensuring security, compliance, and minimal business disruption, all in alignment with organizational and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, including Day 1 readiness and post-close activities
  • Define and manage infrastructure integration strategies, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA considerations, and rollback plans
  • Conduct technical discovery and assessments of current-state environments; formulate target-state architectures and integration approaches
  • Collaborate across critical domains, such as Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability)
  • Align integration activities with security, compliance, and risk management protocols (data protection, access controls, audits)
  • Partner with application, security, workplace, and business teams while coordinating efforts with external vendors or managed service providers as needed
  • Create and manage progress, risk, and issue tracking with transparent reporting to program and executive leadership
  • Oversee resource forecasting and budgeting for integration initiatives
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and operational runbooks to ensure seamless handovers to downstream teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with significant experience (1+ years) leading complex, multi-domain initiatives
  • Background in leading M&A infrastructure integration or similar large-scale integration/migration programs
  • Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM) with familiarity with cloud/hybrid setups and foundational security principles
  • Capability to manage diverse, geographically dispersed teams through influence rather than direct authority
  • Strong program and project execution skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and contingency readiness
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Expertise in TSA planning, execution, or divestiture separation projects, coupled with an understanding of Zero Trust and cloud-based migration frameworks
