Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to drive the security and scalability of our cloud environments across Azure and GCP. This hands-on role focuses on enhancing Kubernetes security, implementing DevSecOps practices, and fostering collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into every stage of development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM)
  • Secure Azure and GCP environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures
  • Implement and enforce Kubernetes security controls, including AKS
  • Integrate security measures within CI/CD pipelines using a Shift-Left approach
  • Operate and manage security tools such as Wiz and SentinelOne
  • Support vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response processes
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure adherence to security best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP
  • Expertise in Kubernetes security and related tools
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing DevSecOps practices and securing CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of CSPM/KSPM tools and their application
  • Strong understanding of API security along with cloud IAM principles
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with container security tools or runtime protection
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments and associated complexities
  • Background in automation or scripting with tools like Python or Bash
