Requirements
- 3+ years managing engineering teams of 5 or more
- Experience building hiring pipelines from scratch
- Demonstrated career development impact
- Performance management experience including difficult feedback, written reviews, and PIPs
- Strong software engineering background
- Working understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven patterns, and CI/CD
- Remote-first leadership experience
- A clear point of view on what engineering management means in an AI-first organisation
