We are looking for a motivated Team Lead Business Development (m/f/d) – Remote in Germany to help people achieve more sport and health with EGYM Wellpass. The ideal candidate will lead and develop a remote team of 4-5 BDRs, drive outbound and cold-acquisition efforts, and optimize presentation approaches to effectively position our solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience of at least 2 years, ideally within Business Development or across the full sales cycle
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, including hands-on work as a BDR
  • Knowledge of the most important Sales KPIs and ability to successfully steer a team based on them
  • Persuasiveness and ability to handle objections
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
  • Ability to learn internal processes and tools such as PipeLaunch, LinkedIn, AirCall, Slack, Tableau, etc.
