Join us as a Business Analyst and drive innovative digital solutions for online customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, translate them into clear requirements and deliver impactful digital platforms for our client’s partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scope and requirements for digital projects and platform rollouts
  • Collaborate with partner and product teams to prioritize and document requirements
  • Lead requirement workshops and define customer journeys
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop specifications
  • Ensure requirements are clearly documented for technical teams
  • Facilitate prioritization of user stories and product backlog
  • Oversee compliance, dependencies and risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project delivery across multiple initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification with extensive business analyst experience
  • Experience in digital delivery within Agile environments
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Projects and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator who is able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of product/platform lifecycle management and customer experience
  • No visa sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital sales or insurance products
  • Formal Business Analysis or Agile certifications
  • Experience managing Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
