  • Work with API management solutions and REST-based services (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Integrate and align process management tools to enhance system efficiency
  • Develop and optimize integrations for SaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Drive observability and monitoring efforts using tools like Grafana to enhance system transparency
  • Establish clear end-to-end visibility of environments and dependencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system alignment and integration success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Integration Engineer or in a similar role
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of API management and REST-based services
  • Background in Kotlin (Java may be accepted as an alternative)
  • Proficiency with distributed data sources and complex system landscapes
  • Expertise in SaaS platform integrations, particularly ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure
  • Strong skills in monitoring and observability tools like Grafana or Prometheus
  • Ability to work independently, structuring complex environments effectively
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations for enhanced system connectivity
  • Exposure to both cloud and on-premise architectures for hybrid solutions
