Overview

We are looking for a skilled Jira Administrator to support a global team of content designers within a fast-evolving environment.

You will play a key role in optimizing Jira Service Management, improving workflows, and enabling teams through better tooling, knowledge sharing, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments
  • Configure and maintain workflows, schemas, permissions and automation rules
  • Manage integrations (e.g., Slack and other collaboration tools)
  • Support content design teams with Jira usage, structure and best practices
  • Create and maintain knowledge bases within Jira Service Management
  • Provide user training and guidance to improve adoption and efficiency
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to streamline processes and improve service delivery
  • Support implementation of AI-driven use cases within Jira (at least 1–2 within the first 3 months)
  • Ensure system stability, governance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator
  • Strong hands-on expertise in workflows, permissions, automation rules and Jira Service Management (JSM)
  • Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles
  • Experience managing integrations (e.g., Slack)
  • Ability to create documentation and knowledge bases
  • Strong stakeholder communication and user support skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI tools or automation use cases within the Jira ecosystem
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python)
  • Experience supporting design or non-engineering teams
