Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to manage production support tasks, assist with minor development projects, and enhance ETL processes. This role combines troubleshooting expertise with responsibilities for optimizing and maintaining data pipelines to ensure seamless system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IICS ETL workflows and SAP integrations to ensure timely execution and resolve any operational issues
- Investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
- Maintain and support existing ETL workflows and data transformation logic using IICS CDI
- Ensure stability and reliability of data pipelines, including job scheduling, dependency management, and data validation
- Utilize SQL for troubleshooting data challenges, validating data loads, and addressing business queries
- Provide support during deployment activities, including validation and post-release monitoring
- Implement minor enhancements and bug fixes for ETL pipelines and CAI workflows
- Optimize existing data integration processes to improve performance and scalability
- Automate support processes and monitoring to enhance operational efficiency
- Support unit testing and validation for both new and existing workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with IICS in a support or maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and support
- Familiarity with incident management, job monitoring, and production support tools
- Understanding of release and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments
- Background in unit testing and validation of data workflows
- Capability to address performance bottlenecks in data integration processes
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Knowledge of Informatica MDM, Mulesoft, and Core Java
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support model or participate in an on-call rotation
- Showcase of strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detailed-oriented approach
