As a IT Support Engineer, you will manage our Apple ecosystem and Google Workspace environment, ensuring seamless access to tools for 300+ employees. You will own and administer MDM platforms, provide expert-level support, and develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Own and manage Kandji/IRU MDM platform
  • Administer Google Workspace
  • Provide expert-level support for macOS and iOS devices
  • Design and implement zero-touch deployment workflows
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline IT tasks
  • Create and maintain IT documentation and self-service resources
  • Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams
  • Proven experience with Kandji/IRU or similar MDM solutions
  • Expert knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or AppleScript) for automation
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ISMS frameworks
  • Experience with SSO/identity management solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation
