Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) to enhance the development and performance of scalable and reliable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve goals while promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement in cloud and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates to create scalable, repeatable environments
  • Ensure effective API governance and management with Azure API Management focusing on security and performance policies
  • Incorporate Azure-based AI capabilities such as OpenAI, AI Search and Document Intelligence into backend APIs when necessary
  • Promote clear communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation tools like Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates
  • Proficiency in Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway and Web Apps
  • Strong focus on reliable and efficient delivery processes within a collaborative team environment
  • Certification in relevant Azure solutions (if applicable)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Background in .NET programming and integrating with cloud platforms
