Overview
Join us as a MacOS Device Management Specialist and take ownership of securing and managing MacOS devices using Microsoft Intune. You will lead the setup, configuration and ongoing management of our MacOS environment, working closely with our internal IT team to transfer knowledge and enable long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead setup and configuration of MacOS device management within Microsoft Intune
- Enforce security baselines, compliance policies and conditional access for MacOS devices
- Deploy applications and scripts to MacOS endpoints via Intune
- Guide and train the internal IT team member to take over ongoing management
- Troubleshoot complex Intune-MacOS integration issues
- Document all configurations, policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 2 years focused on MacOS management via Intune
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Apple certifications preferred
- No visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python or Zsh for automating MacOS configurations
- Experience integrating Apple Business Manager with Intune for zero-touch deployment
- Familiarity with JAMF Pro and remote support capabilities
