Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team as product metrics architect.
This specialist will not only build analytics but also directly impact product profitability by transforming raw data into growth hypotheses and data driven decisions.

Direct Manager: CFO. You will work closely with the СFO, CTO, Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager.
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

Responsibilities:

  • implementation of storage systems, ETL/ELT processes and BI. Data quality control;

  • building an analytical infrastructure: integrating data from mobile applications (iOS/Android), MMP and Web to obtain an event model at all stages of the user's lifecycle;

  • unit economics and LTV modeling: building unit economics models (CAC - LTV), prediction of key indicators (LTV, revenue, conversions, retention), developing scenario models (best/base/worst case scenario);

  • advanced experiments: development and analysis of A/B tests in product and marketing, development of a calculator of statistical significance and forecasting of results;

  • product analytics: analysis of the product feature usage, their impact on retention and the reasons for churn;

  • marketing analytics: analyzing the efficiency of acquisition channels, searching for growth points in marketing funnels;

  • search for growth points: generating and testing hypotheses to increase conversion and monetization at all stages of the user's lifecycle.

What We Expect from You:

Hard Skills
  • tech stack: advanced SQL, Python, BI systems;
  • experience in building predictive models, ML approaches;
  • practical experience in designing and building analytical infrastructure;
  • strong skills in building and maintaining data pipelines:
    • integrating data sources (MMP, app events, web, payments);
    • working with APIs and external systems.
  • english: B1+ level (both spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • experience working with mobile products (VPN, eSIM, travel) in subscription and transactional models;
  • tech Stack: Experience with MMPs and mobile trackers;
  • knowledge of product metrics;
  • understanding and experience in calculating ROI, ARPU, and other product/business metrics.
