Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions
  • Drive improvements in internal and external processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
  • Define and implement continuous delivery risk management strategies to support proactive decision-making
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure scalable, robust, and future-ready architecture
  • Articulate the business value of SAP solutions and align them with client objectives
  • Lead the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Ensure successful project delivery in line with organizational processes and methodologies
  • Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and resolving challenges
  • Collect and analyze user feedback, identify gaps, and guide improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Project Management teams across analysis, design, build, test, and deployment phases
  • Develop project estimations and comprehensive delivery plans
  • Govern delivery and production processes in alignment with the selected delivery model
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related topics, including escalations and commercial opportunities
  • Monitor and enhance delivery performance while managing timelines across multiple streams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering SAP-related services or projects in roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Team Leader
  • Proven expertise in SAP tools and methodologies, including SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, and release management
  • 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (Service Operations), ITSM practices, Agile methodologies, and development toolsets
  • Experience establishing and managing SAP service projects
  • Ability to lead teams of 10+ members and effectively handle people management challenges
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities within SAP environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • High resilience and ability to perform under pressure
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ABAP Dictionary and data models for SAP Business Suite products
  • Ability to identify solution gaps and propose effective improvements
  • Skills in presenting SAP features and innovations tailored to client needs
  • German language proficiency at B1 level or higher
