Overview

We are seeking a talented Workday Prism Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Workday Prism Analytics solutions, enabling advanced analytics and reporting for our key business stakeholders.

This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Prism, data integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines and datasets
  • Integrate external data sources into Workday using Prism and Workday integration tools
  • Build and enhance data models, transformations, and datasets within Prism
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reports using Workday reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business teams to gather analytics and reporting needs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout Workday datasets
  • Identify and resolve issues within Workday Prism data pipelines and reporting
  • Partner with Workday functional teams to align data models with overall business processes
  • Support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Workday Prism solutions
  • Contribute to testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, data pipelines, and datasets
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, or APIs
  • Expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data transformation
  • Familiarity with SQL and core data analytics methodologies
  • Background working with large datasets and external data sources
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Workday reporting, dashboards, and overall analytics
  • Strong understanding of Workday data architecture and reporting frameworks
  • Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues
  • Skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet analytics requirements
